NewRiver REIT Plc Issues Statement On COVID-19; Not To Pay Q4 Dividend

NewRiver REIT plc (NRR.L) said its Board has decided not to pay the fourth quarter dividend for the financial year ending 31 March 2020. The total dividend paid for the year ending 31 March 2020 will be 16.2 pence per share. This preserves 17 million pounds of cash.

Also, NewRiver REIT plc announced the suspension of all non-essential capital expenditure projects, which will improve cashflow over the next 12 months by 24 million pounds, and the suspension of business rates and marketing in shopping centres and pubs which will improve cashflow by a further 4 million pounds.

Kader Exports pvt. Ltd. is recalling certain consignments of various frozen cooked shrimp citing potential contamination with Salmonella, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
