DCC Buys Amerilab For Enterprise Value Of $85 Mln

DCC plc. (DCC.L) said that DCC Health & Beauty Solutions has acquired Amerilab Technologies Inc, a provider of contract manufacturing and related services in effervescent nutritional products, based near Minneapolis, in Plymouth, Minnesota, for enterprise value of about $85 million or 72 million pounds.

Amerilab employs 125 people and has revenues of approximately $68 million.

DCC noted that the majority of the consideration was paid in cash on completion from DCC's extensive resources, with the balance representing contingent and earn-out related consideration.
