Signature Aviation Records Early Signs Of Improvement In Flight Activity

Signature Aviation plc stated that flying activity has improved in the first thirteen days of May to show a 66% decline year-on-year (April down 77% YoY). During the month of April, the Group was cash flow positive by $6 million. At the end of April, the Group had total facility headroom and cash of $425 million.

Signature Aviation plc noted that all guidance remains suspended. The Board will review the decision on suspension of dividend payments later in the year as trading conditions become clearer.

Signature Aviation plc will now publish its interim results for the half year ended 30 June 2020 on 8 September 2020.

Ford plans to bring back the Bronco as a dedicated off-road brand when it launches an all-new 4x4 SUV lineup on July 13. The automaker said it will introduce an all-new Bronco brand under the tagline, "Built Wild".
