Lady Gaga gave fans a surprise by releasing "Sour Candy," a collaboration with Blackpink, last Thursday, just a day ahead of the release of her sixth studio album, Chromatica.

The bi-lingual bop, co-produced by BURNS and BloodPop, features Gaga trading off verses with the South Korean girl band, spinning a tale of enticing love.

After Blackpink's Jennie and Lisa sing, "I'm sour candy, so sweet then I get a little angry, yeah/ Sour candy, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah/ I'm super psycho, make you crazy when I turn the light's low" in chorus, Gaga steps in, singing "I might be messed up, but I know that's love/ You want a real taste, at least I'm not fake/ Come, come unwrap me," to a bouncy beat.

Spotify credits Korean rapper Teddy Park, Madison Emiko Love, Rami Yacoub, and BloodPop and BURNS as the co-writers of "Sour Candy."

The 19-track Chromatica album also features "Stupid Love," and collabs with Ariana Grande ("Rain on Me") and Elton John ("Sine From Above").
