Mattel Appoints Anthony DiSilvestro As CFO - Quick Facts

Mattel Inc. (MAT) said that Anthony DiSilvestro will join the company as Executive
Advisor on June 29, 2020, and will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer
on the date following the filing of the company's quarterly report, which is anticipated to be filed July 30, 2020.

DiSilvestro will succeed Joseph Euteneuer, who will leave the company as part of the company's previously announced transition plan.

DiSilvestro has nearly four decades of financial and leadership experience. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Campbell Soup company, a role he held from 2014 to 2019.

He served in various other financial leadership roles at Campbell Soup Company since 1996, including Senior Vice President - Finance, Treasurer, Controller, Chief Financial Officer of the company's North America and International divisions, and Head of Strategic Planning and Corporate Development.

American Airlines has extended its offer to waive change fees for customers who purchase tickets for travel, until December 31, 2020 in response to lower travel demand due to the coronavirus pandemic. This means that the travelers need not pay penalties for changing the origin and destination cities. Transform SR Holding Management LLC is recalling about 19,900 units of 4-drawer chests, sold exclusively at Kmart stores, citing tip-over and entrapment risks for children, according to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. The recall involves chests with plastic drawer glides sold by Transform under the Essential Home brand. Amazon announced the extension of Project Zero, which protects and empowers brands to combat counterfeits, to seven new countries. The project is now available in Australia, Brazil, Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Turkey, and the UAE, along with ten other countries where Amazon has a store.
