TLG IMMOBILIEN To Sell Retail Properties In Germany

TLG IMMOBILIEN AG said that it has reached an agreement with an investor focused on retail properties to sell a retail property portfolio located in various locations across Germany for about 190 million euros.

The company announced disposal of another retail property portfolio with an aggregate sale price of about 300 million euros for which the buyer has a discretionary rescission right until August 31, 2020.
