Perrigo To Acquire Three Eastern European OTC Self-Care Brands From Sanofi - Quick Facts

Perrigo Company plc (PRGO) said it will acquire three Eastern European OTC skincare and hair loss treatment brands, Emolium, Iwostin and Loxon, from Sanofi. The deal is anticipated to close early in the fourth quarter.

Perrigo CEO Murray Kessler said, "We continue to prioritize opportunities that build on our self-care transformation and seek bolt-on assets that support our five growth pillars. We are pleased to add these margin enhancing assets to strengthen our international self-care portfolio and deliver value for our shareholders."

Pizza Hut's large Original Pan Pizza is now available at locations across the U.S. for $10.99. The fast food chain, a subsidiary of Yum! Brands Inc., said that fans can now get a large Original Pan Pizza with up to three of their favorite toppings, without needing to stretch their wallets. The Original Pan Pizza is a buttery golden-brown color. The Westminister Magistrates Court found Uber London Ltd. a "fit and proper" company to run the services in London.
