The Weeknd's 'Blinding Lights' Earns Record 21st Week Atop Hot R&B Songs Chart

The Weeknd's has "Blinding Lights" earned a record 21st week atop Billboard's Hot R&B Songs chart.

"Blinding Lights" has surpassed three tracks that previously shared the record of 20 weeks, including Drake's "One Dance," featuring WizKid and Kyla, The Weeknd's "Starboy," featuring Daft Punk, and Bruno Mars' "That's What I Like."

"Blinding Lights" is the second single off his fourth studio album After Hours. It was released on November 29, 2019, two days after the release of "Heartless."

"Blinding Lights" became The Weeknd's fifth number one single on the Billboard Hot 100 and ruled the chart for four weeks.
