Taylor Swift returned to the ACM Awards stage for the first time in seven years with a world premiere performance of "betty."

The two-time ACM Entertainer of the Year performed the song at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, accompanied by a harmonica player, in a glamorous outfit Wednesday night.

The single, off her record-breaking new album Folklore, is named after Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds' third daughter, Betty.

Originally released in late July, the album topped the Billboard 200 for six weeks.

The singer-songwriter, who has won a total of 8 ACM awards, made her debut at the awards show in 2007 performing her first hit "Tim McGraw."
