HELLA Shareholders Approve All Items On Agenda

HELLA GmbH & Co. KGaA (HLKHF) said that its shareholders approved all the items on the agenda by a large majority at Friday's Annual General Meeting, which was held exclusively online.

The shareholders decided, with 99 percent of the votes, to suspend the dividend payment for the past fiscal year 2019/2020. The actions of the management, the Shareholder Committee and the Supervisory Board were also approved by a large majority.

"We want to keep the company as strong as possible and sustainably safeguard our financial flexibility going forward", CEO Rolf Breidenbach said in a statement.
