AC/DC have released the first single from their upcoming album, Power Up.

"Shot in the Dark" is the Australian metal band's first single since 2014.

AC/D also revealed the artwork and the album's release date, November 13.

The album comes in various formats, including a limited edition deluxe "lightbox."

The newly reassembled AC/DC consists of the four surviving members of the band — lead guitarist Angus Young, lead vocalist Brian Johnson, bassist Cliff Williams, drummer Phil Rudd - and rhythm guitarist Stevie Young.

Johnson returns to the band after leaving it in 2016 on doctor's advice due to hearing-loss issues.

The last time AC/DC issued a studio album was in 2014. Rock or Bust rose as high as No. 3 in the U.S. and U.K. and topped the chart in Australia.

Speaking about the song, Angus Young said, "It's got that great AC/DC vibe about it, great swagger, and a good AC/DC rock & roll chant."

"The title is a little bit cheeky because we all like a little nip [of alcohol] in the night or a few shots in the dark. I was very glad when the record company heard it [that] they felt it was a very strong song and should be the first one that people hear," he told Rolling Stone.
