Stuffed Foods Recalls Frozen Snack Products

Stuffed Foods LLC is calling back 1,818 pounds of frozen snack products over misbranding and an undeclared allergen, the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) said in a statement.

The products contain soy, an allergen, which is not declared on the label of the product.

The recalled product, "Mac & Cheese Bites," is likely to contain frozen "Buffalo Style Chicken Poppers" produced on September 20, the statement shows.

The issue was discovered after the company received a complaint from a customer who found "Buffalo Style Chicken Poppers" inside "Mac & Cheese Bite" carton.

The carton containing 12 pieces of "Mac & Cheese Bites" weighs 9.75-oz. The lot code for the affected products is 20272 and BEST IF USED BY: MAR 22 2022 is written on the end panel of the carton.

The products were shipped to various retail locations across the country.

There have been no reports of adverse reactions due to the consumption of these products, FSIS said.

FSIS urged consumers who have purchased these products not to consume them.
