Foo Fighters announced earlier this week that the band will perform a live streaming concert from the Roxy Theatre in Hollywood on Saturday (November 14).
The band said that a portion of the proceeds from the show, scheduled to start at 8 pm ET, will go to Sweet Relief, an organization providing financial assistance to musicians and music-industry workers impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic.
According to a press release, the concert will include a few behind-the-scenes features courtesy of the show's sponsor, Coors Light. They include, a "Beer's Eye View" cam that "will take fans behind the scenes backstage, into the thick of the action onstage, and to the best seat in the house." There will also be footage from a "Can Cam" attached to Dave Grohl's own beer can.
Last weekend, the band appeared on "Saturday Night Live" and played their 2003 hit "Times Like These" and debuted a new song "Shame Shame," which will feature on their upcoming 10th album, Medicine at Midnight, due out in February 2021.
While announcing the upcoming livestream, the band also released a new music video for "Shame Shame," featuring Sofia Boutella.
