Cardi B, Dolly Parton, & More To Be Honored At Billboard's 2020 Women In Music Event

Cardi B has been named Billboard's Woman of the Year. The Billboard Hot 100 chart-topping rapper will be honored at Billboard's Women in Music event on December 10.

The virtual ceremony, to be hosted by Teyana Taylor, will be streamed live at 8 p.m. ET.

Country music icon Dolly Parton will get the Hitmaker Award in recognition of being the songwriter whose compositions have significantly impacted culture.

Jennifer Lopez will be honored with this year's prestigious Icon Award for her impact on the music industry and the greater artistic community, the entertainment magazine said.

Billboard will also honor Dua Lipa with the Powerhouse Award, given to an act whose music dominated streaming, sales and radio this year.

Chloe x Halle (Rising Star Award), Jessie Reyez (American Express Impact Award), and Brianna Agyemang and Jamila Thomas (2020 Executive of the Year Award) are the other award winners.
