Direct Line Insurance CFO Tim Harris Takes Leave Of Absence - Quick Facts

Direct Line Insurance Group PLC (DLG.L) said Tim Harris, Chief Financial Officer, will be taking a leave of absence with immediate effect. He is expected to return to his position later in the year. The Group has appointed Neil Manser as the acting CFO.

Neil is currently Chief Strategy Officer and a member of the Group's Executive Committee. He has formerly held the roles within the Group of Deputy CFO, Managing Director of NIG and Director of Corporate Strategy and Investor Relations.
