Mick Fleetwood, the co-founder and drummer for Fleetwood Mac, is selling his entire recorded music catalog to BMG.

Although BMG did not reveal any financial details of the deal, the company told Rolling Stone that the acquisition, which includes Mick's 300-songs catalog, is its largest in two years.

Mick said, "This is a wonderfully inspiring marriage between two creative partners that understand all aspects of the business. Foremost, BMG understands the artistry and puts the artist first. If this partnership is any indication of my past, and now future, working relationship with BMG, it's that they truly 'get it'."

Mick, who co-founded Fleetwood Mac in 1967 with bassist John McVie and late guitarist Peter Green, is now the third Fleetwood Mac member to sell his catalog rights in recent weeks.

In December, Stevie Nicks sold an 80% stake in her publishing rights to Primary Wave for about $100 million, while earlier this month, Lindsey Buckingham sold 100% of his song rights to Hipgnosis Songs Fund for an undisclosed fee.
