JPMorgan Emerging Markets Investment Trust HY Net Return Rises

JPMorgan Emerging Markets Investment Trust plc (JMG.L) reported that its net return after taxation for the six months ended 31st December 2020 significantly rose to 321.34 million pounds or 26.95 pence per share from 52.57 million pounds or 4.33 pence per share in the prior year.

Net return before taxation was 322.54 million pounds up from 53.25 million pounds last year.

Gross return for the period grew to 329.20 million pounds from 59.53 million pounds in the previous year.

The Board has declared an interim dividend of 0.52 pence per share payable on 16th April 2021 to shareholders on the register as at 12th March 2021. The ex-dividend date will be 11th March 2021.
