Sage Group Begins Share Buyback Programme Of Up To £300 Mln- Quick Facts

Sage Group plc (SGE.L) announces that it is commencing share buyback programme of up to £300 million, that will run from March 4 2021, and end no later than September 4, 2021.

Sage has entered into a non-discretionary arrangement with Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc and also intends to enter into a similar arrangement with J.P. Morgan Securities plc for the latter half of the buyback period.

Retail major Target Corp. is recalling about 44,350 units of Cat & Jack Baby Heart Ears Rompers, citing choking risks to children, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission said in a statement.
