Infosys Bags Contract From ArcelorMittal For Digital Transformation

Indian software major Infosys (INFY) on Thursday said it entered into a long-term deal with steel and mining company ArcelorMittal to provide next-generation application management and business process management services to the latter.

Teaming up with ArcelorMittal Europe, a state-of-the-art Business Process Management (BPM) service will be set up by Infosys in ArcelorMittal Europe's Business Center of Excellence (BCoE) shared services center.

Infosys expects the partnership to help the company to enhance its presence in Europe.

Leveraging our global delivery model, right shoring, and robust BPM offerings, we are committed to driving efficiency, bolstering operational excellence, and establishing future-ready services in line with ArcelorMittal's growth strategies," said Jasmeet Singh, Executive Vice President and Global Head of Manufacturing, Infosys said.

Cuisine Solutions is recalling its JUST Egg flavored plant-based "bites" products due to undeclared allergens, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration said.
