S4 Capital plc (SFOR.L) reported that its first quarter reported revenue rose 71% to 122 million pounds. Revenue increased 35% like-for-like and 35% pro-forma. Reported gross profit was up 71% to 104 million pounds, up 33% like-for-like and 33% pro-forma.

The company said it will now target 30% like-for-like revenue and gross profit growth (up from 25% previously) and strong operating EBITDA margin in 2021.

Separately, S4Capital announced a combination between Raccoon Group and MightyHive. Raccoon Group is a digital performance agency in Brazil. The Group said the deal significantly expands the capabilities of its data & digital media practice in Latin America.

Apple is set to open the Apple Tower Theatre in Los Angeles on Thursday.
