Blackstone To Acquire International Data Group For Enterprise Value Of $1.3 Bln

Blackstone (BX) said that it agreed to acquire International Data Group Inc. from Oriental Rainbow LLC, a subsidiary of China Oceanwide Holdings Group, Co. Ltd., for an enterprise value of $1.3 billion.

Flavor maker McCormick & Co., Inc. is recalling certain McCormick and Frank's brand seasoning products citing possible salmonella risk, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration said.
