Timken Maintains FY21 Adj. EPS Outlook - Quick Facts

While reporting financial results for the second quarter on Monday, Timken Co. (TKR) maintained its earnings and adjusted earnings guidance for the full-year 2021, but raised its annual revenue growth outlook.

For fiscal 2021, the company continues to project earnings in a range of $5.00 to $5.30 per share and adjusted earnings in a range of $5.15 to $5.45 per share, but expects revenue growth of about 19 percent, up from the prior growth guidance of 18 percent.

On average, analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expect the company to report earnings of $5.39 per share on revenue growth of 17.80 percent to $4.14 billion for the year. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

"While supply chain and other cost pressures are likely to persist through the rest of the year, we expect to deliver record revenue and earnings per share in 2021 and move into 2022 with significant market and operational momentum," said Richard Kyle, Timken president and chief executive officer.
