The Kid LAROI and Justin Bieber's "Stay" has risen to the top spot on the Billboard Hot 100 songs chart dated August 14.
The song advanced 4-1 in its fourth week on the survey, earning The Kid LAROI his first No. 1 and Bieber his eighth.
The Kid LAROI has become the first Australian-born solo male to top the Hot 100 since Rick Springfield achieved the feat with "Jessie's Girl" over four decades ago.
The song, which is the 1,127th No. 1 in the Hot 100's 63-year history, drew 31.9 million radio airplay audience impressions (up 16%) and 30.9 million U.S. streams (up 1%) and sold 14,400 downloads (up 70%), aided by a discount to 69 cents, in the week ending August 5, according to MRC Data.
"Stay" ranks No. 1 on the Streaming Songs chart, and has advanced 9-5 on Digital Song Sales. On Radio Songs list, the track has moved to No. 19 from 25.
