Country music icon Reba McEntire won't return as host for this year's Country Music Association Awards.

According to Billboard, the "Somebody Should Leave" singer will not host the show but will attend the event as a guest.

McEntire had hosted the awards ceremony in 2019 alongside Carrie Underwood and Dolly Parton and in 2020 alongside Darius Rucker. She also hosted the CMA Awards three times in the 1990s.

The CMA Awards are scheduled to take place in Nashville, Tennessee, on Wednesday, November 10. Eric Church and Chris Stapleton lead this year's nominees. The organizers will announce the new host in the coming weeks.

Meanwhile, attendees are required to be vaccinated and to wear masks.
Tickets for the general public to attend this year's awards ceremony will go on sale via Ticketmaster on November 1 at 10 a.m. CT.
