Symrise Once Again Extends Contract Of CEO Heinz-Juergen Bertram

Symrise AG (SYIEY.PK,SYIEF.PK) said that its supervisory board once again extended the contract of Chief Executive Officer Heinz-Juergen Bertram ahead of schedule until 2025.

The company noted that Bertram will continue as CEO for a further three years and will drive forward the profitable growth course of the Group.

The company targets sales of 5.5 billion euros to 6 billion euros by 2025. Organic growth is expected to be between 5% and 7%. Symrise aims to generate an EBITDA margin in the range of 20% to 23%.

Covid vaccine makers Pfizer Inc. and BioNTech SE announced a new $3.2 billion vaccine supply deal with the U.S. Government, as the country is bracing for a Covid outbreak this fall. Under the deal, the U.S. government will receive 105 million doses (30 µg, 10 µg and 3 µg) of Pfizer -BioNTech covid vaccines initially. The order may include adult Omicron-adapted COVID-19 vaccines. The recall involves one lot of Morphine Sulfate 30 mg Extended-Release tablets, and one lot of Morphine Sulfate 60 mg Extended-Release tablets to the consumer level.
