Here is a snapshot of the global markets across stocks, currencies, bonds, commodities and cryptocurrencies.

Fed's Policy review due Wednesday as well as geopolitical tensions in Europe sparked a fresh wave of sell-off across markets, particularly risky assets. Asian stocks finished mixed. European stocks are in deep losses. American stock futures portend losses on opening. The Dollar Index surged. Bond yields mostly declined. Crude oil prices dipped upon reports that Iran would soon be off sanctions, even though anxiety regarding a potential Ukraine-Russia conflict remained. Gold gained despite the surging Dollar Index. Cryptocurrencies tumbled again. Ethereum has fallen more than 10 percent overnight.
