Here is a snapshot of the global markets across stocks, currencies, bonds, commodities and cryptocurrencies.

The Fed's hawkish monetary policy guidance and the conflict in Eastern Europe continued to hold sway over global investor sentiment. Asian stocks finished mixed. European stocks plunged as the exit from an accommodative monetary policy stance unnerved investors. American stock futures are trending downwards. The Dollar Index surged further in tandem with the interest rate hike expectations. Bond yields surged across tenors and across geographies. Crude oil prices moved higher as supply concerns triggered by the geopolitical scenario remained, even as a resurgent Dollar limited gains. Gold dropped as a hawkish Fed sent the Dollar Index surging up. Cryptocurrencies are moving mixed.
