Kidpik Stock Surges 75% On Partnership Deal With Walt Disney

Shares of Kidpik Corp. (PIK) surged over 75% on Thursday morning after the company announced partnership deal with entertainment conglomerate Walt Disney (DIS).

PIK is currently trading at $3.2301, up $1.3901 or 75.5489%, on the Nasdaq.

Kidpik has teamed up with Disney in celebration of the release of Disney's Cheaper by the Dozen, a fresh take on the classic film, starring Zach Braff and Gabrielle Union. The film is set to release on March 18, 2022 streaming exclusively on Disney+.

Kidpik has curated four fashion boxes featuring adorable grab-and-go looks. Customers can shop these boxes: "The Fashionista," "The Social Media Maven," "The Go-Getter" and "The Sports Fan." The special fashion boxes are available to purchase with no subscription required, starting from $89.25.
