Plug Power Rises 7% On Deal With Walmart

Shares of hydrogen fuel cell company Plug Power Inc. (PLUG) are up 7 percent on Tuesday's trading. The stock was positively impacted by news of the company signing a delivery agreement with Walmart.

Under the agreement, Plug Power has an option to deliver up to 20 tons per day of liquid green hydrogen to power the retail giant's material handling lift trucks across its distribution and fulfillment centers in the U.S.

Currently at $27.34, the stock has traded between $17.51 and $46.50 during the past 52 weeks.
