Digital World Acquisition Climbs 9%

Shares of special purpose acquisition company Digital World Acquisition Corp. (DWAC) are rising 9 percent on Wednesday's trading after the company said that it is working towards completion of its proposed business combination with Trump Media & Technology Group Corp.

The business combination includes approximately $1.25 billion of net proceeds to the Trump Media at the close of the deal.

Currently at $29.95, the stock has traded between $9.84 and $175.00 during the past 52 weeks.
