Frasers Group Acquires Stake In Australian-based MySale Plc

Frasers Group Plc (FRAS.L ZVX.F) has acquired a 28.7% holding in MySale plc, a fashion marketplace which connects global buyers and sellers to Australian and New Zealand ecommerce sites. Frasers Group believes the acquisition creates an opportunity for a strategic partnership whereby end of line Group products can be cleared via an established clearance channel.

Separately, Frasers Group said it has purchased 104,532 of its ordinary shares from Numis Securities Limited at an average price of 667.7658 pence per share, as part of the buyback programme announced on 20 June 2022. The purchased shares will all be held as treasury shares. The company now holds 162,131,821 ordinary shares as treasury shares.
