ServiceNow Shares Fall 11%

Shares of American software company ServiceNow, Inc. (NOW) are down 11 percent on Tuesday's trading. The stock was hurt by news of company director Frederic B Luddy selling 6,600 shares of ServiceNow on July 7.

The shares were sold at an average price of $497.01, for a total transaction of $3,280,266.00. Following the completion of the transaction, the director now owns 33,600 shares of the company's stock.

Currently at $443.30, the stock has traded between $406.47 and $707.60 during the past 52 weeks.
