Rotork H1 Adj. Operating Profit Declines

Rotork PLC (ROR.L) reported that its first-half adjusted operating profit declined to 53.3 million pounds from 62.7 million pounds, prior year. Adjusted earnings per share was 4.8 pence compared to 5.5 pence.

Profit before tax declined to 44.6 million pounds from 50.7 million pounds, prior year. Earnings per share was 3.9 pence compared to 4.4 pence.

Revenue was 280.0 million pounds, down 2.9%. Order intake was 340.1 million pounds, up 14.0%.

The Board declared an interim dividend of 2.4 pence per share. The interim dividend will be payable on 23 September 2022 to shareholders on the register on 19 August 2022.
