Cellular Goods Appoints Bruna Nikolla New CFO In Replacement Of Simon Walters

Cellular Goods (CBX), a U.K.-based wellness company providing premium consumer products formulated with lab-produced cannabinoids, on Tuesday said Bruna Nikolla will replace Simon Walters as the new chief financial officer.

Nikolla would also serve as Company Secretary and is expected to join Cellular Goods with effect from 22 August. She would take over from Simon Walters who would continue with his role until 1 September to ensure an orderly handover.

Nikolla brings more than 15 years of financial, strategic and commercial experience across multiple sectors including eCommerce, luxury retail, international technology, software and telecommunications.

She has significant leadership experience within the premium consumer goods sector and previously served as Finance Director of Trinny London. Between 2018 and 2020 she served as Finance Director at luxury eyewear brand Tom Davies Ltd.

Shares of Cellular Goods closed Monday's trading at 1.75 pence, down 0.13 pence or 6.91 percent from the previous close.
