Sirius Real Estate CFO Diarmuid Kelly Steps Down; Alistair Marks Named Interim Replacement

Sirius Real Estate (SRE.L), a property company, said on Tuesday that its Chief Financial Officer Diarmuid Kelly has now left his role, as he is taking a yearlong paternity leave with effect from September 22.

Alistair Marks, currently Chief Investment Officer or CIO and former CFO, has agreed to assume the role of interim finance chief. The company plans to soon begin search for a new CFO.

Sirius Real Estate also said that Kelly has indicated his intention to return to his role within Sirius Facilities GmbH as Group FD in September 2023.

The property firm added that it is planning to back up Marks' current CIO role during the period.
