Proteome Sciences Appoints Abdelghani Omari As CFO, Effective Sept. 1 - Quick Facts

Proteome Sciences plc (PRM.L), a specialist provider of contract proteomics services, announced Thursday the appointment of Abdelghani Omari as its new Chief Financial Officer. He will take up the position on September 1 and will become a director.

Omari joins Proteome Sciences from Paion AG, a speciality pharmaceutical company, where he has been CFO and since 2014 a member of the management board.

Omari has more than 20 years' experience in finance, starting his career at KPMG Audit.

Proteome Sciences' Chief Executive Officer, Mariola Soehngen, said, "Abdel brings a wealth of relevant experience to the team as we pursue the Company´s strategy of organic growth, to grow the business through adding new high value services to our portfolio and enter into further internationalisation of the business."
