Corero Network Security Names Andrew Miller Interim CFO From Sept. 1

Corero Network Security plc (CNS.L), an automatic DDoS cyber defense solutions provider, announced Friday the appointment of Andrew Miller as interim Chief Financial Officer from September 1.

Miller succeeds Neil Pritchard, who will formally leave the business in late September for his new role as announced in July.

In parallel, the vompany has commenced the search for Pritchard's successor.

Miller is expected to remain as interim CFO to the end of the current financial year ending December 31 unless a new CFO is appointed earlier.

He has been a Non-Executive Director of the company since May 2020, having previously held the positions of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operational Officer from August 2010.
