LINKBANCORP Prices IPO Of 4.58 Mln Shares At $7.50/shares

LINKBANCORP Inc., the holding company of The Gratz Bank, said that it has priced its initial public offering of 4.58 million shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $7.50 per share.

The shares are expected to begin trading on September 14, 2022 on the NASDAQ Capital Market under the symbol "LNKB."

The company expects gross proceeds from the offering to be about $34.3 million.

The net proceeds to the company, after deducting the underwriting discount and estimated offering expenses, are expected to be approximately $31.1 million.

In addition, the company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 686,250 additional shares of common stock from the Company at the initial public offering price, less the underwriting discount, to cover any over-allotments.
