Wind turbine maker Nordex AG (NRDXF.PK) said on Tuesday that it has bagged an order for 31.5 MW wind turbines from its regular customer wpd, a developer and operator wind farms and solar parks.
The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The German firm will supply seven N149/4.X turbines of the Delta4000 series for the 31.5 MW "Kantow" wind farm, being built in Brandenburg, Germany.
The deal also has a premium service contract for the maintenance of the turbines over 15 years with an extension option for an additional five years.
"The turbines with a rated output of 4.5 MW will be installed on hybrid towers with a hub height of 164 meters in summer 2023," the company said.
