Jungheinrich Supervisory Chairman Hans-Georg Frey To Resign

Jungheinrich AG said that Hans-Georg Frey decided to resign as member and also as Chairman of the Supervisory Board with effect from the end of the Annual General Meeting on 11 May 2023.

"After almost 16 years leading Jungheinrich, of which twelve were as Chairman of the Board of Management and almost four years as Chairman of the Supervisory Board, the time has come for me to make a change," said Hans-Georg Frey.

Hans-Georg noted that the early announcement makes it possible for the company to initiate a professional process and arrange for a successor.
