Sirius Real Estate Sees Rise In H1 Dividend

Sirius Real Estate (SRE.L), a property company focused on businesses and business parks, said in a trading update on Thursday that it expects a rise in dividend for the six-months to September 30, mainly due to an increase in funds from operations.

For the first-half, the firm expects dividend of 2.693 euro cents to 2.713 euro cents per share, an increase of 32-33 percent from 2.040 euro cents per share last year

Retailers Macy's, Inc. (M) and Dollar General Corp. (DG) reported on Thursday that net profits for the first quarter declined from last year, with Macy's topping estimates, while Dollar General missed it. Net sales at both retailers missed expectations. Both Macy's and Dollar General also slashed their guidance for the full-year 2023.
