Assura Group (AGR.L), a British property company, reported a decline in earnings for the first-half, particularly reflecting negative valuation movement in the period.
For the six-month period to September 30, the Warrington-headquartered firm posted pre-tax profit of 30.9 million pounds, compared with 69.3 million pounds, a year ago.
Post-tax earnings were at 30.9 million pounds or 1.0 pence per share, lesser than last year's 69.4 million pounds or 2.6 pence per share.
Gross rental and related income stood at 75.8 million pounds as against 66.3 million pounds of previous year period.
Net rental income also moved up to 70 million pounds from 61.1 million pounds recorded for the first-half of 2021.
