Softcat Appoints Kathryn Mecklenburgh As Chief Financial Officer

Softcat Plc (SCT.L), a British provider of IT infrastructure provider, said on Friday that it has appointed Kathryn Mecklenburgh as Chief Financial Officer.

Mecklenburgh will succeed current CFO Graham Charlton, who will become Chief Executive Officer of Softcat, as announced earlier, with effect from August 1, 2023.

Mecklenburgh will join the Softcat Board before mid-June 2023. At that time, Charlton will become CEO Designate, before he takes over the role of CEO on August 1.

The incoming CFO currently serves as Interim CFO at ASOS Plc, a FTSE 250 e-commerce business. Prior to joining ASOS in 2021, Mecklenburgh had worked as Group Financial Controller at Inchcape Plc.
