Cenkos Securities Names Ben Procter CFO, COO With Immediate Effect

Cenkos Securities plc (CNKS.L), an institutional stockbroking firm, announced Monday the appointment of Ben Procter as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer with immediate effect. He will also be an executive director of the Company. The appointments are subject to Financial Conduct Authority approval.

Procter previously has held a number of different roles at UBS in both the UK and the US. These included Co-Head of Finance Technology, Head of Service Management & Billing and most recently leading Global Finance Transformation.

Julian Morse, CEO of the company, said, "His unique skill sets will be invaluable to Cenkos as we continue to grow our market share, increase our client base and take advantage of our strong balance sheet in the current markets."
