On The Beach Group Plc Turns To Profit In FY22 - Quick Facts

On the Beach Group plc (OTB.L) reported fiscal 2022 adjusted profit before tax of 14.1 million pounds compared to a loss of 18.4 million pounds, last year. Adjusted profit per share was 6.3 pence compared to a loss of 9.7 pence.

Profit before tax was 2.1 million pounds compared to a loss of 36.7 million pounds, last year. Profit per share was 0.9 pence compared to a loss of 19.0 pence.

For the year ended 30 September 2022, revenue increased to 144.1 million pounds from 21.2 million pounds, previous year.

Simon Cooper, the Group's Founder and CEO, will step down from his role within the next 12 months. The Board announced that Shaun Morton, currently Chief Financial Officer, has been selected to replace Simon as Group CEO. Upon stepping down as CEO, Simon will remain as non-executive Founder Director.

The Board is not recommending a final dividend in respect of fiscal 2022.
