Numis FY22 Underlying Operating Profit Declines; Revenue Down 33%

Numis Corporation Plc (NUM.L) reported fiscal 2022 underlying operating profit of 20.5 million pounds, down 69.9% from last year. Profit before tax was 20.9 million pounds, down 72% from previous year. Earnings per share was 11.9 pence compared to 49.1 pence. Revenue was 144.2 million pounds, a decline of 33%.

The Board has proposed a final dividend of 7.5 pence per share, giving a total dividend in relation to fiscal 2022 of 13.5 pence per share. The dividend will be paid on 10 February 2023 to shareholders on the register on 16 December 2022.
