Volvo CFO Tina Hultkvist Resigns

Volvo AB (VOLVY.PK), a Swedish truck maker, said on Friday that its Chief Financial Officer Tina Hultkvist has decided to step down with immediate effect.

Volvo is in the process of finding a suitable candidate to replace Hultkvist.

"Tina Hultkvist will leave her role with immediate effect but stands available to the company´s disposal during 2023," the company said in a statement

For now, Volvo has appointed Jan Ytterberg, currently Volvo Group senior advisor, as acting CFO.

Hultkvist, who was appointed as Volvo Group CFO in March 2022, has served the Group for 25 years.
