Spectris Commences Third Tranche Of Share Repurchase Programme

Spectris PLC (SEPJF.PK,SXS.L) announced that, in connection with the 300 million pounds share buyback announced on 19 April 2022, the Group is commencing the third tranche of a share repurchase programme of its ordinary shares of 5 pence each.

The third tranche will run from 20 March 2023 and end no later than 31 July 2023, for an aggregate consideration of up to, but no greater than, 40 million pounds. The maximum number of ordinary shares that can be purchased under the third tranche of the programme is 9,711,502 ordinary shares.
