For the first-quarter of 2024, Cogent Communications Holdings, Inc. (CCOI) said it will pay dividend of $0.965 per share payable on April 9, to shareholders of record on March 15. This represents an increase of $0.01 per share, or 1 percent, from the fourth quarter 2023 dividend of $0.955 per share and an annual increase of 4.3 percent from the first quarter 2023 dividend of $0.925 per share.
