Fulton Financial Corporation (FULT) on Monday announced the pricing of its public offering of 16,666,667 shares at $15 per share for $250 million.
In addition, the company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,500,000 shares at $15 per share.
Fulton expects net proceeds of the offering, to be closed on or about May 1, at around $238 million.
Fulton intends to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes.
Piper Sandler and BofA Securities acted as joint book-running managers for the offering.
FULT was trading up by 7.49 percent at $16.79 in the pre-market trade on the Nasdaq.
